Forest Bathing, which originated in Japan, has been proven to reduce blood pressure, increase immunity, improve focus and creativity, and is becoming increasingly popular in the US. This class is designed to open each of the senses and create space for connection and interactive experience with the forest. Part guided meditation part nature walk, this class is for everyone, regardless of fitness level.After a1.5 hour forest bathing experience, Julie Zbehlik , ACE certified health coach, will lead a reflective and interactive session that focuses on mindfulness and awareness of patterns ,behaviors ,and habits. This workshop will explore how to integrate healthy and , sustainable lifestyle changes into your life, ,by taking small steps to reach large goals.
